ABOUT MALAYSIA MANUFACTURING FACILITIES, NOBLELIFT MALAYSIA SDN BHD
Noblelift Malaysia Sdn Bhd is incorporated in May 2013 to manufacture hand pallet truck in Malaysia and started production at the end of 2013. The first batch of hand pallet truck started delivery in the 1st quarter of 2014.
The factory is strategically located within the Port Klang area. It is consisted of 10,628 square metres of manufacturing and warehouse built up floor space.
Since the company’s incorporation, Noblelift have invested more than MYR 10 million worth of facilities including machineries with one of the biggest robotic welders in Malaysia for the hand pallet truck body. The factory produces the hand pallet truck body from the basic sheet metal coil up to the finished complete body including powder coating, assembling and testing the completed hand pallet truck. We are able to produce all the models used in the global market.
In 2019 we increased our capacity by 30% to 1200 units of hand pallet trucks per day by adding another factory building with a build-up area of 7,164 square metres. This facility enable us to upgrade our assembly area and add another 50% capacity to our welding facility.
In 2022, in order to fully utilize the additional space we have added a new product, the scissor-lift into our production facilities. Approximately MYR 2 million was invested into machineries and training to produce this new scissor-lift and we target to be able to add more models and increased production capacity within 2 years.

For quicker penetration into this market and more efficient expansion we will stock most of our major products and spare parts locally and provide service and training to all endusers and service centres.
